OIL DRAIN PLUG WAS LEAKING AND WAS LOOSE. TRIED TO TIGHTEN IT BUT WOULD JUST TURN WITHOUT TIGHTENING. REMOVED DRAIN PLUG AND FOUND THAT THE DRAIN PLUG HOLE WAS STRIPPED OUT AND HAD NO THREADS LEFT. INSTALLED A SINGLE OVERSIZE DRAIN PLUG.

CUSTOMER REQUESTED SPARK PLUG CHANGE WITH THE E3 SPARK PLUGS. VEHICLE HAD A MISFIRE AND WE HAD TO CHANGE THE PLUGS AGAIN AND USED THE FACTORY MOTORCRAFT SP-546-X SPARK PLUGS.
TECH FOUND THAT THE FRONT TWO TIRES WERE OUT OF BALANCE. WE BALANCED THE TIRES AND NOW THE SHAKE IS GONE.
